Piscary is a fishing companion app with social features (a community feed, comments, profiles). We take the safety of minors extremely seriously. This page sets out our Child Safety Standards and our approach to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and Apple’s App Store guidelines.

Zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, endangers or abuses a minor. This includes, without limitation, sexualised depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and the solicitation or sharing of such material.

Minimum age

Piscary requires users to be at least 15 years old (the age of digital consent in France under Article 8 GDPR). The app is not directed to children under 15.

How to report a child-safety concern

We aim to acknowledge and act on child-safety reports as a priority. Where a legal obligation applies, we preserve relevant data and report to the appropriate authorities.
